AFRICAN ELEPHANT TRIO
Tanzania's Tarangire National Park is famous for its elephants. To create a different image of this well photographed animal, I isolated the faces of three that were standing alongside each other. By focusing on the middle elephant, I had just enough depth of field that all were sharp. Their three eyes are the focii of the image, whilst we can see just enough trunks, tusks and ears to clearly identify their owners.
