Over Owler Tor at Sunrise

Golden light at sunrise on Hathersage Moor in the Peak District. I had found this gritstone outcrop the previous evening and thought it had good potential as a sunrise location, with a more distant pile of rocks to provide compositional balance. I like the way that for just a few minutes, light from the rising sun turns gritstone golden and heather bubble gum pink.
