MILKY WAY OVER KIMMERIDGE BAY

My aim was to include rich texture of the intertidal shale wave-cut platforms and a reflection of the galactic core in a rock pool. It took me some while to realise my vision as it can only be captured when low tide coincides with the Milky Way core over Clavell Tower, Moon and clouds are out of the sky and the tenants of Clavell Tower don't have their bedroom light on.

Sky 20 stacked frames of 15 seconds at f/2 and ISO 12,800; foreground 8 minutes at f/2.8 and ISO 1600.
